Note: This document is for Library Materials only and does not pertain to textbooks. There is a separate document for lost textbooks.

• Students should return all library materials to the LMTC by the end of the school year.
• Students may return overdue library materials to a cart in the main office throughout the summer.
• Student accounts with overdue library materials on them will remain inactive through the first week of July.  Students may still return or pay for their lost library materials up until this time.
• After the first week of February of the following year, all remaining library material fines will be deleted from LMTC Destiny records and transferred to students’ Infinite Campus accounts (after that time, there will be not be an option to supply a replacement copy in lieu of paying a fine, and no refunds will be given if a book is found as replacements for the library materials will have been purchased)

• After fines are transferred to students’ Infinite Campus accounts, their LMTC record for library materials will be cleared.

• During Finals Week, students return all textbooks to the LMTC when they are finished using them to study for exams.
• Students who did not turn in all of their textbooks may bring them to the main office during summer school hours.
• In the first weeks of summer school, a list of textbooks still checked out to students will be sent home. 
• At the beginning of the fall semester, textbooks still checked out to students will be marked lost and replacement fines will be added to the students’ Destiny accounts.
• Students have until the end of the 1st Semester to bring in the lost textbooks or replacement (identical) copies.
